Assist in the development and execution of an organization wide Strategic Communication Plan to disseminate targeted messaging of Training products and capabilities to its customers.
Assist in developing SMART Business Objectives, strategies for meeting objectives, and identifying target Audiences.
Develop overall theme and marketing plan to advertise Army Training products
Implement Strategic Communication’s Plan and capture metrics
Generate promotional materials to support DTFM, ALMS, and DDTC marketing efforts.
Provide and Conduct Marketing Presentations
Deliver marketing presentations as identified in the marketing plan
Report all marketing efforts including contacts made for the previous month
Coordinate participation in conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows
Develop displays, coordinate with the conference or exhibition host for display space, and staff the display
Travel to Army and DoD installations to promote the ATIS program and disseminate information to customers and stakeholders
Recommend and develop an internal communications plan
Execute ongoing Program communication deliverables (material editing, review, strategy and coordination).
Create content for Social Media, Briefings, Posters, Marketing Brochures; and Displays.
Analyze and recommend appropriate publications for articles to reach target audiences.
Create content for articles for placement in relevant publications.
Participate in tradeshows and assist in message development and communication strategy for target trade show audiences
Provide event planning, administration, and coordination services.
Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of tradeshow presence and make recommendations whether it is beneficial to participate.
Identify and recommend relevant media opportunities and prepare materials and coordinate interviews.
Identify and qualify relevant speaking opportunities.
Secure media placements.
Works in close coordination with the PEO EIS Army Public Affairs Office
Assists in maintaining relationships with senior client leaders, government stakeholders, industry partners and small business partners
