Description:Responsible for providing operational technical support and leadership for LM Aero Fort Worth Mission Systems Integration Labs (MSIL) systems across multiple areas and programs. This individual will be responsible for supporting lab requirements, design and integration as well as ensuring lab operations..

This position will focus on activities within the F-35 Integration Labs supporting a 24/7 test schedule. Typical tasks would include participation in requirements reviews, participation in design reviews, hands-on integration of new labs and updates to existing labs, troubleshooting and repairing failed lab equipment, planning and coordinating lab upgrade activities, and testing to ensure that the labs are functioning as expected.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance after starting.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of test lab and development
engineering experience.
Technical and troubleshooting experience related to lab hardware, systems and software.
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other STEM disciplines.
Desired Skills:
Experience in design, implementation, testing
and troubleshooting of networks, Ethernet, fiber optics, and high speed buses.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux based lab development and support systems.
Experience in development and maintenance of simulation based systems and labs.
Experience working in a fast paced environment with demonstrated results.
Leadership and project management experience.
Must be able to provide 2nd and/or 3rd shift
and weekend support as required.
Active DoD and/or project clearances.
