We are presently identifying candidates for the following position: SIGINT NTI SME Analyst- FSATS. The SIGINT/NTI SME Analyst will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with subject matter expertise on ISR operations, services, as well as training to meet ISR requirements. This effort includes special operations ISR tactics development and advanced training to the air component and Joint war-fighter.
 
Primary Qualifications—

  • Current TS/SCI w/Poly.
  • The contractor shall be required to have a minimum of 5 years of NSA experience with STRONG ties to NSA-Georgia and at least 1-year experience in each of the following: Georgia Information Operations Center (GIOC), Joint Overhead Information Operations (JOIO), Target Office of Primary Interest (TOPI). Additionally, the contractor shall be required to have at least 2 years of experience focusing on the USCENTCOM AOR. 
  • The contractor shall be required to have at least 3 years of experience in PROFORMA analysis.   Additionally, the contractor must have attended the Intermediate PROFORMA workshop at NASIC. 
  • The contractor is required to have a TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.  Additionally, the contractor will be required to maintain NSAnet access, along with maintaining yearly NSAnet training. 
  • As the NTI Subject Matter Expert, the contractor must be a graduate of the NTI IIQC course which is taught at Ft. Meade, Maryland.  Additionally, the contractor shall be required to provide briefings and training on in-depth NTI analysis and collection. 
  • As the NTI Subject Matter Expert, the contractor shall be required to perform additional duties which may include reasonable requests such as providing ad hoc support to 24/7 operations and contingency crisis.
 Responsibilities—
  • Provide support and services to squadron elevate the fusion process across TASE, ELINT, NTI, ISE, Targets, and analysis operations. 
  • Maintain a current operations section JQS which will be used to maintain a standard knowledge skill set to enhance and sustain NTI operations to all newly reporting Airmen.  
  • Maintain specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area, in order to enhance situational awareness and planning support.
  • May be required to travel up to 25%, which may include international travel. 
  • Perform analyses at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions, and applications for specific signal emissions. 
  • Perform searches and exploitation from various databases to prepare operational or technical reports and assessments.  
  • Provide SIGINT RFI support.
