Provides functional support to manage Global Hawk ground station and air vehicle communications and cyber security risk management framework assesment and authorization processes to support networking and operations.  Duties include:

 

a)  Maintain configuration and management of the Technical Control Facility (TCF) network

b)  Coordinate interfaces with external networks/providers and users

c)  Coordinate network configuration changes through local and joint GH Configuration Change Boards (CCBs) for validation and monitor site security controls traceability matrix (SCTM)

d)  Monitor performance of cybersecurity controls and vulnerabilities

e)  Monitor network ports, protocols, and sevices matrix

f)  Assist in the development, validation,and coordination of various requirments documents including AF Form 1067s, Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capabilities Development Documents (CDDs), Capabilities Production Documents (CPDs), and Capstone Requirements Documents (CRDs)

g)  Brief/inform GH leadership, Program Office personnel on networking performance, shortfalls, desired improvements, requirements changes, and diminishing manufacturing sources or obsolescence issues

h)  Advise ACC/A5IH on operational, logistical, and technical issues, transition strategies, project schedules, program plans, and other time sensitive documents

Education:

-  BA/BS degree from an accredited university, or the combination of: Associate's Degree from an accredited university and twelve (12) years experience (may be the combination of active duty, governmentt service, and/or contractor time) in operations, staff or working RQ-4 or other UAS ISR command and control, communications, and IT systems

-  Minimum of three (3) years experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff (combination of active duty, government service and/or contractor)

-  Knowledge of Federal Budget and Resource Allocationn process and procedures in support of ACC/A5IH, imcluding but not limited to RQ-4

-  Knowledge of the process and procedures in which ACC programs and budgets are developed, staffed, and approved by the Air Force

-  Current knowledge and understanding of the RQ-4 and how it is employed

-  Familiarity with CAM sustainment funding and logistics support processes

-  Familiarity developing, coordinating, and staffing JCIDS and QRC documents
