As a PC Maintenance Technician for KBRwyle, you will provide direct customer service and technical support to users as required via phone, e-mail, on-line systems and in person. A typical day may involve any of the following:

Must be able to meet 8570 certification requirements. Must have a strong working knowledge of and experience with computer hardware, software and peripheral devices in a diverse environment. Must be familiar with desktop operating systems, office applications, hardware installation/troubleshooting and have some knowledge of network operating systems and hardware. Must be customer service oriented and have a strong work ethic. Must be able to work both independently and as an effective team member. Must be prompt and courteous at all times. Must have excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette.
Associates Degree with 2 years of experience OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degree. An active secret security clearance is required. Familiarity with Windows 10, virtual desktops; experience in DOD environment is desired.
