We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented SharePoint Administrator to join our team in St. Louis, MO to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

The SharePoint Administrator will provide Tier I and Tier II support for Microsoft SharePoint.  In a large Federal environment covering approximately 145,000 endpoints. A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate proficiency with content managememnt within the Microsoft SharePoint stack. As well as exhibiting a strong technical aptitude for ticket management, documentation and communication skills.

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ability to analyze customer needs, document requirements, and implement technical solutions
Focus on performing and presenting solution for content management
Familiarity with Exchange Online, Exchange Server, SharePoint, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory Synchronization
Assist in training end-users
Must be able to participate in technical meetings and discussions
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult personnel situations
Determine solutions for data in an Office 365 Microsoft Government Cloud Computing environment

Requirements

Position Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent
Good understanding of both backend SharePoint administration and Site Content Administration activities
Awareness of server virtualization, storage, and networking
Ability to produce written documentation when tasked and produce written statuses and communication
Monitor system usage, evaluate SharePoint reports and produce system analytics on usage as directed
4 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Relative experience with large scale migrations to Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint
Knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and considerations
Experience with Microsoft collaboration stack including Office 365, Skype for Business, and SharePoint online
Acquainted with the most current version of Remedy ITSM
Familiar with migrating to SharePoint Online
Provide after-hours support, 24 hours for 7 days per week (24/7) through on-call support

Assure timely resolution of problems

Work schedules may have to be adjusted for non-primetime maintenance windows
ITIL v3 foundation knowledge a plus
Microsoft Certifications a plus
