We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Customer Service Center Manager to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

Duties: Provides daily supervision and direction to service desk staff. Defines and sets team directions and provides guidance to members of team. Leads daily operations of the IT service desk, assigning daily tasks and roles. Serves as the single POC for issues involving service desk support.

Requirements

Experience: Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and managing an IT service desk for enterprises. Experience in providing service delivery to achieve defined SLAs. ITILv3 and HDI Support Center Manager (HDI-SCM) Certification also required. Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
