Description:Selected candidate will represent the Enterprise Global Fabrication and Process team. The candidate will perform activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain to continuous improvement. This role will take the Aero Manufacturing System (AMS) through the next phase which encompasses capturing and sharing best practices in an effort to standardize across sites when appropriate. The other part of AMS will be focused on system sustainment and driving results. Lead Culture of Accountability (COA) for the team. This role will require frequent interaction with all levels of leadership within Production Operations and the various support organization leaders.

Position could require domestic travel up to 50% of the time.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Production Operations/Manufacturing
Microsoft Excel experience
Desired Skills:
Experience in a fabrication environment
Willingness to travel domestically as required
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written and presentation skills)
Ability to effectively interface with Senior Leadership
Problem solving skills
Ability to work with ambiguity
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Microsoft Excel experience (analyze data utilizing pivot tables, basic formulas/functions and creating graphs)
Operational excellence background
