Description:This Production Operations HRBP will work closely with the ADP client group in support of business objectives. As a trusted advisor, the chosen candidate will be able to positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions. With a comprehensive understanding of the programs business strategy, this position will align HR initiatives to critical business needs. This position will also serve as the Talent Champion that assists in identifying, developing and retaining talent that enhances team performance. This position is responsible for transforming core values into common practices at all levels of the organization and will be recognized as the Culture Ambassador.

-5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience
-BA/BS in HR, Business Administration or other related fields
-Experience with HRIS Systems such as Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday, etc, with the ability to run reports and do analysis.
-Experienced in MS Office tools and resources, specifically Excel, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
-Project Management skills
-Proven ability to prepare and present HR initiatives and programs to management and employees
-Excellent Communication skills which include the ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates good decision making is required
-Candidate must also demonstrate good interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of leadership, employees and peers
-Ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive proprietary information in an appropriate manner
-High level of energy needed for a fast paced environment where multiple initiatives are happening simultaneously
