Program Manager will provide dedicated customer technical support in the European Theater of Operations. The selected candidate will act as the overall lead, manager and administrator to specific contract efforts in Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Responsible for Program Management Operations office and meeting contract requirements. The PM will direct the effort of cross-competency teams that provide support to government civilians and contractors at multiple locations. Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with government program authorities and representatives on contractual and programmatic issues. Regularly brief senior government and corporate leadership on program status and milestones. Oversee contractor personnel operations by developing procedures; planning and directing the execution of technical, programming, maintenance and administrative effort; and monitoring/reporting progress. Program Manager will provide direct input in solving issues involving diverse staffs, multiple stakeholders, and resources, and constraints. Manage acquisition and employment of program resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program with respect to contract requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of personnel actions to include hiring and evaluations. Provides analysis of new and complex program challenges and creates innovative solutions involving resourcing, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. Develops and coordinates, with appropriate senior personnel, the expansion of current business areas as well as the initiation of new business initiatives consistent with the goals and objectives established by Senior Management.
Applicants should be goal oriented and experienced in effectively meeting program milestones while providing solutions to a range of complex challenges. Knowledge of Department of Defense strategic operations in a Combatant Command and NATO operations is critical. Experience with the strategic levels of the European Theater is highly desired. Applicants must possess critical thinking skills to address warfighter requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office is required.
M.S. Degree with 20 years of experience is required.
An active secret security clearance is required.
