AECOM is seeking a Security Specialist to join our team at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma supporting the Air Force's B-2 project.
This is a contingent position.
The Security Specialist directly supports facility safety and security at the Entry Control Point and involves shift work.
Process and/or verify visit notices for all visitors.
Enter incoming visits into Visitor Database and document visitor briefings.
Open and close government facilities in accordance with Air Force requirements.
Enter resident vehicle information into Vehicle Database.
Conduct Visitor Badge inventories and document results.
Coordinate and schedule conference rooms for sensitive program related meetings.
Conduct Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAMs), as directed.
Report Security Incidents related to the B-2 Program, assist with associated investigations, and prepare required documentation.
Maintain files on applicable program briefed visitors.
Confirm personnel security clearances and identify clearance issues utilizing locally devised lists, generated from the Department of Defense (DoD) System of Record.
Maintain chronological record of significant events during each shift.
Verify program access, as needed.
Inspect incoming mail for potential threats/unauthorized devices and process accordingly.
Other security related duties as assigned by the government security task lead.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience performing full time DoD Security functions.

Or a Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of full time DoD security functions.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to qualify for Special Access Programs.
Excellent communication, inter personal, organizational and analytical skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other standard integrated software applications.
