Description:This is a 2nd shift position supporting inspection personnel assigned to F-35 Coatings and Moving Line. The candidate will report to the F35 Inspection Assoc. Manager and is responsible for product quality and the continual assessment of manufacturing processes and yield. The candidate will help identify preventive actions that will assess performance and drive actions in order to control sources of variation that within product quality, cost, and schedule targets. Strong communication skills are required in order to support steady collaboration and integration with varying functions, leaders, and engineering disciplines in order to achieve program success.

Basic Qualifications:
Prior aircraft, coatings and Quality Assurance experience.
Experience and knowledge of AS9100.
Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Professional experience with the following: Aircraft Assembly, Safety, Training, FOD & Tool control procedures.
Experience interacting with DCMA Customers.
Desired Skills:
Ability to effectively and successfully interact with internal and external customers and government agencies.
Preferred minimum 3 year leadership experience in a manufacturing/aerospace environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills needed to ensure collaboration.
Effective oral and written communication abilities.
Technical and business acumen.
