Description:This position reports to the ADP Major Programs Business Operations Senior Manager as a Business Lead. The role of the Business Lead is wide-ranging as part of the execution of the portfolio's fiduciary objectives.

The Business Lead will be required to exercise business acumen across a spectrum of activities such as financial planning/reporting, contracting, pricing/estimating, managing discretionary funding, program planning, and others. The Business Lead will play an active role in the development of business strategy, as well as the associated management at the tactical level.

The Business Lead will be expected to understand the company's financial measures, how they are impacted, and the means by which they are reported. Typical examples of these measures include Orders, Sales, Cash, EBIT, and Return on Cost/Sales. Furthermore, the Business Lead will be expected to play an active role in the execution of the portfolio's Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and development of the Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC).

The Business Lead plays a pivotal role in collaborating across the business functional organizations, program managers, technical leads, customers, and other stakeholders. In this capacity, the Business Lead will actively seek to break down barriers, address complex challenges, and build effective relationships. The Business Lead will be required to articulate business status and issues at all levels of the organization; both in formal and informal settings.

Security Clearance ** Needed
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have an Active Secret Clearance with an investigation in the last 6 years.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Familiarity with US Government financial reporting requirements (e.g. IPMR, CFSR, etc.)
- Experience in the development and tracking of financial forecasts for multiple purposes
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with company financial measures (ROC, ROS, Orders, Sales, Cash, and EBIT)
- Demonstrated financial and analytical skills
- Experience in teaching or mentoring others
