Position Title: Subcontracts Administrator

Position Description/Job Responsibilities

  • Under active supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within the field
  • Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills
  • Performs full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work for the Oil & Gas industry
  • Pre-award activities include qualifies potential bidders, assembles and issues Invitations To Bid thru company's Contract Management system and assists with commercial & technical bid evaluations through contract award
  • Post-Award activities will include finalization and award of contracts, daily management during execution including communications, invoicing, status reports and contract close out



  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Subcontracts formation and administration
  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and commercial/risk awareness
  • Primary Location: Company's Corporate office in Houston, Texas with future possibilities to mobilization to project sites both domestic and international
