Primary Responsibilities & Activities
  • Support monthly financial close deliverables for various FP&A related items
  • Preparation/Consolidation of P/L Actuals and Plan/Forecast inputs including:
    • Interest expense/income
    • NCI 
    • acquisition and integration costs
    • rate reserve
    • top-level challenges/hedges
  • Coordination with Treasury Department for Cash Flow, tax rate provision, share count Plan/forecast
  • Coordination with Tax department for estimates of profit before tax forecasts; obtain tax provision
  • Prepare Plan/Forecast vs. actual performance analysis for KPI’s
  • Prepare various ad hoc financial performance analyses and reporting requests
  • Monthly Board of Director’s Financial Performance Reporting package
  • Year over Year and Quarter to Quarter Variance/Flux analysis
  • Preparation of financial reporting variance explanations for inclusion in the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for SEC Q/K filings
  • Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Board of Director’s Presentations
  • CAPEX planning/forecasting and reporting


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and 15 years or more of related experience required Or Master's and 13 years experience.
  • Experience with Government Contracting accounting concepts
  • Familiar with FAR/CAS Government rules and regulations
  • Must have advanced MS Excel and strong PowerPoint experience

  • Strong financial modeling skills; understanding of Financial Statements (P/L, B/S, C/F)
  • Team player and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prefer experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM / Essbase / HFM
