This is a part time position. The candidate will assist with the standup of program management tools used for a large new contract. The tools will support the staffing and management processes for the contract.
Utilize VBA, Python, Tableau, SharePoint portal and other software programming and visualization tools to automate processes for ingest and visualization of data to accurately reflect identified projects
Research and convey information in oral and written form.
Assist in preparing draft documentation to include tracking and scheduling of program activities.
Prepare data summaries as needed on projects/programs
Review and summarize key points/internal issues.
Attend meetings and provide input on initiatives and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrated ability to research and analyze complex issues and then communicate well thought out and fact-based conclusions.
Demonstrated proficiency in programming and data analysis and visualization
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with demonstrated ability to alter method and means of communication to best suited for the receiving audience.
Required to uphold a high level of confidentiality of all work performed.
Organized, strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
Strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and work ethic.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
