The Sr. Security Representative will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personal, physical, technical, visitor control; and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in the NISPOM/ICD/5205.01 Vol 1-4/JAFAN and other customer documents and guidance. In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with business unit management, engineering staff and customer reps to design and implement security measures.
- Implement security regulations that apply to company programs and operations.
- Develop security education programs and conduct security training.
- Investigate security incidents and violations; prepare reports of investigations for management and customers, making specific recommendations for corrective and preventative actions.
- Prepare operating procedures outlining regulations, and establishing procedures for the handling, storing, and transportation of program assets.
- Assist with document and program asset management and accountability.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and will also perform other duties as assigned.

A Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 6 years is required.

Candidate will typically have 5+ years of experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Final Top Secret Clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Skilled knowledge of and experience with NISPOM/ICD/5205.01 Vol 1-4/JAFAN series documents and OPSEC procedures a must.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
Desired Skills:
- Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience with Classification Marking Document Reviews, Prior SAP/SAR and SCI Security experience preferred.
Strong Presentation and computer skills.
- Prior experience with self-inspections, customer audits and reviews.
