Job Summary
This position is part of the HR & Employee Services team with specific responsibility for supporting day to day HR Technology production and operations to ensure integrity of data, processes and functionality for human resources, business and employees. The individual in this role will also act as the security administrator and security auditor for multiple HR applications.
Position Responsibilities
Develop best practices, user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR technology systems.
Responsible for facilitation of testing, change management, and coordination of enhancement configuration related to system upgrades.
Adheres to and administers enterprise-wide system security strategies, processes and procedures.
Manages access to HR systems, builds new role profiles, audits system access requests for conflicting roles and takes action when conflicting roles are identified
Provides day to day HR systems maintenance and support. Assists with the execution of system changes (updates, new configurations).
Assists in analyzing help desk tickets to ensure appropriate teams or individuals are assigned and responds to escalated issues
Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions, as well as ensure processes and procedures are documented and current.
Provide project management expertise and/or assist project teams associated with global HR technology projects and initiatives including integrations, system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
Management of escalated issues with internal team and vendors as required.
Provide enterprise-wide reporting support under limited supervision, both routine, ad hoc and self-service end user support
Support for HR technology enhancements including prioritization, research, resolution, change management, and issue tracking.
Analyzes and resolves system issues, working with system vendors and business owners as needed.
Utilize existing reporting tools to develop solutions that meet clients’ needs in the most efficient manner. Self-service solutions should be utilized whenever possible.
Develops and provides status reports (i.e. KPI’s, metrics, statistics, scorecards, etc.) to HRES and various operating groups under supervision
Partner primarily with HR Business Partners to understand and deliver on their data needs: standard reporting, workforce planning support, executive level analysis and recommendations.
Assist HRIS Production and Operations manager with root cause identification of high volume tickets and quality related issues and identifies solutions to reduce and eliminate recurrence
Cross-train on other tasks with the HRIS Production & Operations team to ensure functional areas are covered.
Position Qualifications
College degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems desired.
Minimum 3-year related experience required.
Experience working with HRIS systems, Case Management, WorkDay, PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft SQL strongly encouraged.
Intermediate analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to manipulate and extract data while maintaining confidential information.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong customer service commitment.
Ability to critically think and take complex information and break down into process.
Flexibility, willingness to work in a change-filled environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions.
