AECOM has an opportunity for a highly qualified Voice/Video Support Technician to provide monitoring, scheduling, testing and execution of all USINDOPACOM executive level secure voice calls and video teleconferences (VTCs) at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.
This is a contingent position.
Monitor executive staff calendars to identify upcoming voice/video requirements which may require support outside of normal business hours.
Coordinate with Action Officers (AOs) and front office personnel to identify any additional requirements.
Coordinate voice/video requirements with multiple organizations outside of INDOPACOM and provide end to end testing of lines.
Troubleshoot problems and coordinate solutions with appropriate technical sections to implement immediate repair.
Execute voice/video calls for the USINDOPACOM executive staff
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
Must have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
What We Offer
At least 5 years' experience.
In accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, must meet IAT I minimum qualifications. In order to meet these qualifications, you must have one of the following certifications:
CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network+ CCNA-Security SSCP
Experience coordinating and executing secure/nonsecure video teleconferences.
Experience with government secure voice devices (VoSIP, VoIP, S-VoIP, STE, DMCC, DRSN).
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Must be able to work with and support senior level military and government personnel.
Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen.
Must have an active Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible.
