Exciting opportunity in Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) as an electrical engineer based in El Segundo, California with responsibilities having significant impact, recognition, and growth in the organization. The engineer will have responsibility for the design, development, and sustainment of state-of-the-art Transmit/Receive (T/R) modules. This position is within Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) division Hardware Engineering Center. The engineer will reside within the Hardware Engineering Center (HWEC) Antenna & Microwave Products (AMP) department in El Segundo, California. The HWEC AMP department is responsible for full-scope Independent Design, Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for antenna products, including architecture trades, design, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of antenna systems and associated integrated system verification solutions. The engineer will implement best practice standards with regard to the planning, coordination, and execution of T/R module design and test with sound engineering process discipline and leadership. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation and experience in T/R module engineering with specific knowledge in small signal, large signal, and AM/PM noise parameters and associated measurement techniques using best practice tools and processes.
