The Impact Assessment and Permitting Department of AECOM in the Cincinnati, OH office seeks a motivated, energetic, and highly talented Entry Level Environmental Scientist. The successful candidate will join a team of environmental scientists engaged in a diverse suite of projects serving clients in multiple sectors, including route/site selection, siting and licensing of utility projects, environmental permitting, environmental field surveys, preparation of stormwater pollution prevention plans, and site development. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will initially support projects through use of GIS software, but will integrate into ecological field teams conducting wetland and stream delineations, species habitat surveys, and environmental inspections over time.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Utilizes basic scientific principles, theories, practices and existing technologies to develop solutions for technical problems with limited scope.
Collects and enters data, and applies technical principles and theories.
Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
Entry-level position; may not require previous experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
