Raytheon’s Mission Systems and Sensor's growing Tactical Radars Directorate is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Multi-Function Radio Frequency Systems (MFRFS) Product Team as the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead. MFRFS Products are high visibility, critical radar programs for Raytheon and our deployed Warfighter with significant Domestic and International Growth Potential in near term. The Product Area spans Development, Production, and Sustainment Programs and has integrated collaboration from all RTN Businesses.
The Tactical Radars FP&A team is a proactive organization that anticipates problems and drives results by “looking around the corner” to anticipate financial impacts and develop mitigation/capture plans for risks & opportunities. The FP&A Lead is a highly visible position supporting the MFRFS leadership team. This individual works closely with the MFRFS Product Area Manager, the MFRFS Business Manager, and the Tactical Radars FP&A Manager and will be asked to act as delegate for Business Manager when needed. Building a strong working relationship with the Product Area Manager and Program Mangers is essential. Frequent interaction with the TR Business Manager, the MSS CFO, and MSS FP&A Manager should also be expected.
Major responsibilities include monthly forecasting, AOP, 5 year plan, unbilled cash reviews, as well as other ad-hoc management reviews. The FP&A Lead is responsible for continuous improvement of the monthly forecasting accuracy and process including frequent collaboration with IOT partners. Also this individual will lead the annual operating plan and 5 year planning. The position includes supporting management of the NBI budget and the OWP Staffing Demand process.
The successful candidate will have a very strong finance acumen specifically including the critical Raytheon financial policies and practices. The applicant will need the ability to build strong relationships with the program business managers and analysts responsible as well as program managers to ensure a strong understanding of the programs.
