We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Point of Sale Analyst to join our team in Falls Church, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Point of Sale (POS) Installation or Retail and/or Repair: 2 years
POS computer technical support: 3 years - Answer incoming calls, email, voicemail, and document, troubleshoot and resolve or escalate incident tickets from end users and retail stores to resolve hardware, and application/software issues within the POS system, desktops, servers, printers, and other critical systems.
Coordinates high-level technical responses to POS operational issues which includes training, instructing, and scheduling computer operations personnel.
Serves as a technical liaison between operations teams, development teams, and technical support teams external to the organization.
Strong Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Owner candidate with minimum 3 years Agile experience (recent experience) required
Retail experience: Point Of Sale (POS), back office and other brick and mortar retail software

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years with progressive federal experience in information services developing, implementing, operating, maintaining, POS, payment systems, electronic funds transfer, cloud, data warehousing, web development, applications and required tool sets with preferred experience implementing and leading a Point of Sale federal system with field operations with multiple site locations in the US in moderate to complex environments. 1 year of POS applications and reporting expertise with in-depth knowledge of the credit industry, revenue cycles and treasury operations.  Proven expertise in remote access support to provide application support, hardware/network connectivity, reporting and end user operations and maintenance. 

Candidate will have hands on working knowledge and expertise in POS solutions including federal hardware and software implementations and customer training.  Follows checklists, project plans, and support documentation to properly configure and prepare a successful POS system.  Assess customer needs and identifies potential issues and address solutions prior to issue resolution.  Ability to independently configure, setup, testing and implementation of POS solution in moderate to complex environments. 

Bachelors degree and minimum 3 years experience or equivalent blend of education and experience is required.
