Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Radio Frequency Engineer (Level 6), in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement. 

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer’s success is driving our growth.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Designs, develops, tests radio frequency (RF) and/or microwave systems architecture, components, circuits, or products.

• Includes antenna design, both reflector and array systems, frequency synthesizers, transmitters and receivers.

Position Requirements: 

• 20+ years of Engineering experience with B.S.
• 18+ years of Engineering experience with MS
• 15+ years of Engineering experience with PhD
• Effective interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and manage planning activities with multiple contractors. 
• Strong briefing and written communications skills. 
• Occasional travel within CONUS.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products.

Security Clearance Requirement: 

Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical requirements:

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

Must be able to travel
