In this role you will contribute to the winning, management and delivery of small to moderate scale projects. You will have responsibility in executing projects within given budget and schedule. This role may assist with preparing proposals and presentations to clients to win work. Key services offered at the Japan office include Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) /Environmental Due Diligence, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Audits and EHS regulatory reviews/research, and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Validation. You will have the opportunity to be involved in various aforementioned work, from the proposal stage to the execution stage, working with colleagues around the globe.
About the Business Line:
Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources.
Prepare proposal and report of EDD, ESIA, and any related environmental study
Execute project within given budget and schedule with risk management and contract/subcontract management
A degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Law
Ability to provide excellent client service and to be able to manage client relationships, projects and project teams
Ability to supervise field teams and subcontractors
Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
3 years or more environmental consulting experiences
Knowledge in Japanese Environmental Health and Safety regulations
Native English with fluency in speaking, reading and writing Japanese; OR Native Japanese with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
Preference on Environmental Audit and Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) experience with Multi-national Clients
Engineering/Environmental Science degree preferred
