This position is for a Manager II Finance, working within the Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS) Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality (OSQ) Finance organization. The selected individual will be responsible for production finance business support of what we call “Centrals”. Duties include, but not limited to, manpower analysis for production related organizational pools, indirect budget management for Manufacturing, EHSS, and Quality, along with other production cost performance reporting and analysis related to the OES and Quality teams, including leading the charge for capture of “discrete” labor for Operations. You will manage and develop a team of about 5 OSQ analysts. The role requires the ability to be self-sufficient in supporting the functional business efforts, while also possessing the ability to be a collaborative team member to drive process improvements for the overall group. The role covers a wide set of requirements, so a successful candidate will need to show flexibility in job abilities, collaboration and strong communication skills. Occasional travel to Raytheon sites will be necessary.

Minimum Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or Math and a minimum of 8 years financial experience or related to MS degree with 6 years of related experience
• Experience with production cost
• Experience with overhead management
• Proficient financial acumen blended with business partnership and leadership
• Experience comprehending, explaining and implementing complex policies and processes
• Adept at analyzing data and information to help ensure production labor and indirect cost performance
track to plan and to get problem areas identified and corrective action taken

• Experience working in a collaborative environment
• Planning, organizing and negotiating skills
• Leadership skills to motivate employees and drive change
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities
• Ability to create and present reports for internal / external reviews and present to senior management
• Ability to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance

Highly Desired Skills:
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS),
disclosure statements, Sarbanes Oxley

• Prior supervisory / management experience leading a finance team
• Ability to lead with other managers in a results oriented environment to develop solutions for complex
problems that will gain desired outcomes

• EVMS, Financial planning, and ROI modeling experience
