The Junior Software Developer/Analyst is responsible for supporting ManTech’s ServiceNow environment.  Work as part of a team gathering system requirements and creating solutions to meet customer needs.  Grow your skillset through communicating with users, learning delivered ServiceNow functionality, developing and testing solutions

Position Requirements

  • Interview Business Process Owner(s) for requirements
  • Document requirements for signoff
  • Develop, configure solutions in ServiceNow
  • Test solutions in Development and Test environments
  • Develop User Manuals and demo functionality as needed
  • Test ServiceNow developed patches and upgrades
  • Attend on-going training sessions to achieve a higher level of functional and technical skill


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar degree


  • 0-2 years of related ServiceNow development experience
  • Effective team player and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to Agile development a plus
  • Understanding of SDLC and iterative development best practice
  • US Citizen and must be eligible to obtain a security clearance

Develops, codes, tests, and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software. Possesses a good understanding of business applications. Works with technical staff to understand and resolve software problems, resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.  May be involved in the development of software user manuals and demonstrate software. Performs maintenance on existing software products. Assists in coding, testing, and debugging new software or making enhancements to existing software. Writes programs according to specifications from higher-level personnel. Suggests solutions for problems or software enhancements. May assist in the development of user manuals and work with technical staff to learn and understand problems with software. Attends on-going training sessions to achieve a higher level of technical skill. ?
