ManTech is establishing a West Coast recruiting presence to extend the reach of our outstanding recruiting team beyond the capital beltway - to better support our contract interests on the “left coast” particularly focused within the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Los Angeles Air Force Base. Our Recruiters are full cycle, but we have a coordinator team to support you and a sourcing team that focuses on building talent pools for our go-to skill sets. We are looking for the right energetic, experienced, creative recruiting expert who is self-motivated in seeking out and matching qualified candidates for highly technical roles.
You thrive off of filling tough requisitions. You blend a mix of elegant sourcing techniques, excellent closing skills, grit, and a dash of business acumen together to produce results that hiring managers need. You’re also a leader, you are proactive and a self-starter, you help your teammates and share your knowledge. Your background and experience should include Engineering, HR and Talent Acquisition for major aerospace companies, consulting firms, government or the military. You should have deep knowledge of aerospace industry hiring and retention processes and US and international space and Launch Vehicle Production Services. A SHRM / SHRM-SCP professional would be preferred.
