With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. We are seeking a part time Program Analyst that is able to work independently – please read below!

  1. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  2. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Alerts management in the event objectives are at risk of not being met.
  3. Researches, identifies, and recommends resources to include host country requirements for OCONUS locations required for task execution and completion. Develops plans and schedules based on contract/project requirements.
  4. Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
  5. Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
  6. Serves as time card administrator for program and monitors correct project/ task charging according to contractual requirements.
  7. Prepares expense reports and monitors travel requirements for personnel in assigned area.
  8. Serves as liaison between program employees and various corporate support business units.
  9. Assists in creation and maintenance of team standard operating procedures and local work instructions.
  10. May assist with business development activities.
  11. Participates in special projects as required.
  12. Basic knowledge of SharePoint desired.
  13. Basic knowledge of government contracting a plus.

Qualifications:

2+ of related finance or business analysis experience.

 
 

Additional Requirements:

  • Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Effective organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications.
  • Must obtain ITIL V3, or V4, Foundation within six months of hire.
  • Experience working with deployed personnel in multiple time zones is preferred. 
  • Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment with changing requirements and priorities.
  • Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
  • This position is supporting a fluid military missions. You may be required to temporarily travel to different operating locations within the CENTCOM AOR.  
  • The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
