The Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Electronic Warfare (EW) Electronic Attack (EA) Systems Department requires a Systems Engineer with proven experience in developing innovative solutions that meet war-fighter needs to support the EWS business area relating to EA and Electronic Support (ES) capability development. This Systems Engineer requires proven technological experience suitable to define next generation Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. The candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills.
The SEIT engineering center ensures that customer needs are met by providing foundational EW capabilities throughout the entire system life cycle. For all programs, this includes establishment of a well-defined technical baseline, distinct system architectures, clear system requirements, thorough integration and test plans, and robust verification and validation. The SEIT works in partnership with the Software & Hardware design centers to ensure a cohesive and compliant solution baseline is not only established, but managed throughout the contract period of performance.
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Experience or classes in Electronic Warfare/RF and/or Systems Engineering
Knowledge of engineering principles, concepts, practices and standards
Analytical problem solving skills
Responds quickly to changes and responds with a positive attitude
Works well in a team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to learn and contribute in a team based environment
Proficiency with MS Office products
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.

Knowledge of Systems Requirements Development Process
Knowledge of EW/RF principles and system and subsystem-level analysis methodologies
Familiarity with requirements analysis tools (e.g., DOORS) and peer review products
Support the analysis of both internal and customer requirements.
Communication of results and technical data to technical peers as well as leadership team members.
Knowledge of general electrical and mechanical test equipment
Experience with test document preparation and/or revision.
Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
Demonstrated driving change to achieve execution excellence and solve critical issues
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Physics from an ABET approved college or university.
Desired Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Physics from an ABET approved college or university.
