Position Title: Associate IT Systems Administrator

Position Description/Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a good working knowledge on how to implement, manage and monitor Citrix environments under general direction. General Knowledge of Microsoft (MS)Windows technology including Windows Server Operating Systems (OS), Windows Client OS, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Active Directory and Group Policies. Some knowledge of networking as it relates to access infrastructure, firewall rules, boundaries, with security focus. Some hands on experience working with Citrix Products including XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 7.x and NetScaler a plus. Under general direction display ability to revise the functionality of systems b. Candidate needs to have hands on experience with monitoring Infrastructure queues for assignments along with project tasks with a broad area of responsibilities. Candidate will need to collaborate with global team across different time zone, possess the ability and willingness to troubleshoot issues with little supervision.



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • General Knowledge (2-4 years) working with (MS) server 2016, 2012, Win10 & Active Directory (AD).
  • General Knowledge (2-4 years) with Virtual Desktop infrastructure (ex. VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix).
  • Pro-actively re-mediate problems and suggest corrective action when needed to solve complex problems.
  • Candidate should be able to manage performance and availability across the enterprise.
  • Experience building servers and managing storage (VMWare, Nimble, Pure) a plus.
  • Strong-troubleshooting skills to perform corrective action in a global environment.
  • Strong technical writing skills to create documents.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with Service-now.
  • ITIL knowledge & some training.
  • Working knowledge and understanding Citrix, XenDesktop & Other Citrix products.
  • Microsoft certifications desired.
