As a Service Desk Specialist for KBR, you will be responsible for performing tasks associated to the desktop in support of the customer base, following DoD guidelines. You will provide direct customer service and technical support to users as required via phone, e-mail, on-line systems, and in person. You will interact with the customer and therefore need excellent communication skills. You will have the opportunity to work in an environment with minimal amount of supervision. Your dedication to customer service and solid work ethic will result in support that meet the customer’s needs and ultimately, delivery of services that enable personnel to accomplish the mission at hand. Must be able to interface with individuals and military/civilian professionals at all levels of the organization. Must enjoy working in a fast pace environment while assisting clients with answers and problem solving.


An Associate's Degree in a Technical Discipline or related field and 1 year or relevant experience or 2 years of relevant experience. Must be able to meet 8570 certification requirements. Must have an active Secret clearance. Must have a working knowledge of various operating systems and mobile devices. Also you must have a familiarity in business applications like Microsoft Office and Adobe products. Must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers. Must maintain the skill set required to do the job and maintain awareness of trends within the technology industry. Must be customer service oriented and have a strong work ethic
