The role

Our Government Services division is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planner as part of a team implementing a key ADF sustainment program within KBR’s Major Service Provider Program (MSP) for the Department of Defence. The role will provide support to the sustainment of a wide array of communications equipment within the program. To be successful in this role, you must have Scheduling experience in a CASG or Department of Defence project or program, preferably in the sustainment field.


  • Prepare schedules across various sustainment activities
  • Monitors progress, evaluates deviations and recommends rectification actions
  • Develops detailed work breakdown structures including WBS dictionaries
  • Provides technical scheduling guidance to other members of the program
  • Provides assistance under direction, with other aspects of Project Controls on an as required basis


  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or equivalent discipline, or equivalent level of professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience in Primavera P6, Open Plan Professional or equivalent scheduling package
  • Highly developed organisational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated abilities to develop positive working relationships through high level communication skills

Mandatory Requirement

Australian Citizenship with current or previous AGSVA Security Clearance at NV1 or higher
