In this position you will train and certify employees to NASA, IPC, and OSHA standards and regulations. Utilize Instructional Systems Design to create and deploy lesson plans. You must be able to attain/maintain instructor level certification. Up to approx. 10% travel is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Previous/current certification to NASA or IPC certifications (Solder, Cable).
Understanding of Instructional Systems Design processes.
Minimum two years experience in a manufacturing environment
Desired Skills:
Current Instructional Systems Design certification
Five years experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience as a certification trainer
One year experience transportation equipment qualification
Proven ability to work well with others
