Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Audio Visual Administrator, in the Falls Church, VA area, with strong customer relationships to provide support the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). The candidate will support the engineering and operations for EOIR's Digital Audio Recording (DAR) systems. The candidate will also support contingency planning activities and respond to EOIR requests for documentation, reports and data collection.

The FSS Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Position Requirements:
The position requires the candidate to have, at a minimum, the following qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years’ experience in Audio\Visual or Digital Audio Recording
  • Have general PC knowledge and experience working with remote users over the phone or other means of communication
  • Have to ability to work with recording software and Support customers with Digital Audio Recording (DAR) related issue.
  • Build Digital Audio Recording PC’s using existing SOP documents and QA forms.
  • Troubleshoot the DAR audio system, isolate faulty components provide potential solutions.
  • Candidate needs to be able to read and create AV drawings based on system information
  • Strong troubleshooting skill
  • Ability to troubleshoot Various Audio Visual issues and hardware, microphones, speakers, amplifiers Audio DSPs and centralize control system.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Ability to multi-task on operational issues in a group environment
  • Proven record of implementing efficiencies in support of the customer
  • Experience in working in an operational environment (preferably for a DOJ agency).

Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust (Must obtain clearance prior to setting start date)
