QUALIFICATIONS, SKILL, CHARACTERISTICS & EXPERIENCE
2 years previous experience with inside sales, telemarketing and/or a call center
Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined and committed
Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and high energy
Upbeat, friendly and outgoing, comfortable speaking with customers
Good communication skills, able to speak and write clearly and professionally
Effective problem-solving skills
Teamwork mentality with a strong competitive spirit - passionate about their company and customers
Hunter mentality with the capability to grow their skills as the business expands
Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills with creative solutions
Effective communication and service-oriented mindset
Intermediate MS Office skills
Any technology, analytics, inside sales, or experience with Salesforce is a plus
