Nature of Work:

Customer relations - resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Typical Duties:

-Under general supervision, serve as the initial point of contact with customers seeking services and assistance related to sales.
-Greet customers over the phone, assess the inquiry using knowledge of internal systems, policies and forms.
-Provide client assistance or direct the customer to the appropriate staff or team.
-Ability to effectively use a computer to access internal systems to verify account information and solve customer issues.
-Maintain logs and records of customers served.
-Help drive the general objectives of the business.

Requirements:

-Drives License
-Bilingual is a plus!

-Effective interpersonal and communication skills
-Proven ability to work on multiple projects with competing demands to meet deadlines
-Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.
-Aptitude to learn regulations, procedures and services of the particular position assigned; copy, check and transfer information rapidly and accurately
-Arrange a variety of materials and information into an organized, understandable format.
-Capacity to exercise good judgment while making decisions in accordance with established rules, policies and procedures.
-Ability to take direction as necessary via email, in person or by phone.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
