Raytheon is currently seeking a Program Management Liaison II to provide day-to-day support of the management of the TSA TEDS and ITESI IDIQ contracts. Duties will include developing the program's project plans and schedules, as well as providing analysis and recommendations on programmatic issues, and developing and disseminating the communication between the Program Management Office and the functional teams. This position will partner with a program manager (PM) to ensure the schedule/program plan is executable (cost, schedule and technical requirements are fully integrated) and executing as planned. Analyzes the total program life cycle, applying process knowledge and experience, advising cross-functional teams to ensure best processes and technologies are utilized in meeting program schedule, utilizing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Actively participates in recurring program meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes and action items; tracks and monitors action items for successful completion. Will interface with the customer on a regular basis on-site during weekly and ad-hoc meetings as well as internal Raytheon functional representatives and a broad stakeholder community. Responsible for leading minor tasks and supporting major proposal efforts. Perform ad hoc requests as assigned.
The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to articulate issues clearly, define problems with little background information, think critically, and work through problems quickly and efficiently. The candidate must possess the ability to take direction combined with various inputs to generate high-quality output with limited oversight.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, plus 4 years of professional experience.
Ability to pass TSA background check
Willingness to travel (~10%)
