Job Summary

Seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the organization's storage plan including but not limited to verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, note and report discrepancies and obvious damages; route materials to prescribed storage locations; store, stack or palletize material in accordance with prescribed storage methods. Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials, examine stored materials and report deterioration and damage. Remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties. This position will support first shift 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday thru Friday.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

  • Six to twelve months job related experience and/or training is required.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

  • The candidate must possess a clearance or must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance
