Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems

 

Demonstrated experience providing intermediate level support troubleshooting Windows 10 & Mac (OSX) issues, experience supporting mobile devices (iPADs, Apple TV), intermediate level troubleshooting LAN/WAN Networks, and experience coordinating and performing installation of computers and peripherals (printers, monitors, scanners, etc.)

Qualifications:

5+ years of related experience

Education:

BA/BS in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
