General Dynamics Information Technology is looking for an organized, proactive, thorough, personable Program Analyst to support to support the Department of Army and perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract. This position is based in Ft. Detrick – Frederick, Maryland. The Program Analyst will support the IM/IT team in the following tasks.
Provide support for the IM/IT branch, inclusive of manning the USAMMDA Computer Support Help Desk Ticketing System and phone line.
Perform a variety of support services such as visitor access control, answering telephones, filing, receptionist, faxing and copying documents, printing read ahead packages, creating business cards, ordering and receiving office supplies and equipment.
Assist with in-processing of incoming employees by coordinating required training appointments with the Computer Support team members once all security clearances have been obtained.
Assist with the preparation and conduct of training programs for devices as needed to support upgrades, requirements and personnel changes.
Generate purchase requests (PRs) for supplies and services related to information technology support needs (software, hardware, ancillary components and/or devices).
Initiate, follow up on, and terminate Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) requests for IM/IT purchases, as needed.
Serve as the liaison for communications with the Fort Detrick NEC to assure integration of NEC help desk capabilities and support into the USAMMDA environment.
Manage and distribute cell phones for all USAMMDA users.
Responsible for being the account liaison for the current USAMMDA cell phone contract.
Maintain and update equipment assignments within IM/IT database.
Coordinating and schedule meetings, seminars, video teleconferences, and Defense Connect Online (DCO) between USAMMDA and other internal and external agencies.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, read ahead documents, minutes and archive documentation in USAMRDC EDMS/Livelink, OneNote, SharePoint, or other electronic document management systems.
Participate in special project assignments as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
