Description:The selected candidate will be responsible for defining the roadmap and resultant architecture for a F-22 program RF injection test facility. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of laboratory environments and constraints in order to effectively define the future state environment. The candidate must be knowledgeable pf the latest industry trends regarding Test Automation.

Must be recognized as a team builder and an excellent communicator of complex topics both for upper management as well as team members.

The candidate will need to perform technical planning, system integration, cost and risk, and effectiveness analyses for total systems. The analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation. The candidate will need to perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Position is located at Hill AFB, UT.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The position requires at least an Interim Secret Clearance to start. Candidate must be eligible to obtain Special Access Required (SAR) clearances.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years experience in avionics system level integration and/or troubleshooting

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
Desired Skills:
Experience in full system test facility
F-22 or F-35 mission system experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate complex solutions in an effective manner
Experience with Linux systems
