Program: F-35 Operations and Sustainment
Description:Support the F35 Sustainment Market Segment. Administration of proposals, terms and conditions, contract review, and negotiations with US and foreign government customers.
Must possess good communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain open and trusting relationships with customers and internal program teams.
Ability to work in cross-functional team environment as an active participant to ensure risk and contract issues are appropriately identified and addressed in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and complete contractual records and electronic contract system database as required by internal policies and procedures.
Performs contract administration duties and responsibilities in accordance with internal policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, customer requirements, and sound business judgment.
Reviews and coordinates execution of certifications and representations, non-disclosure and teaming agreements with customer, management, and legal.
Position may require some Business Travel.
This position is part of the Early Career Development Program (ECDP) within the Finance and Business Operations function. The program lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 years (may vary based on employee’s start date) and typically consists of a rotational experience, formal mentor and ‘buddy’ programs, and a standardized training curriculum; all of which are designed to provide a broad background in the finance and business operations functions.
Good communication and organization skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task.
Desire to learn and work in a continuous learning environment.
Ability to identify risk and understand financial implications.
Proactive, with good follow-up skills.
Lockheed Martin Business suite experience, specifically with the Electronic Contracting Environment and the Intradivisional Work Transfer Authorization System.
Knowledge of Basic US Government Contracting structure and Federal Acquisition Requirements.
