The Information Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing, building and maintaining processes and systems to support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information within the Conagra domain in a managed services environment.
Position Responsibilities
Manage and streamline privileged access management across front-end and back-end compute
Manage and improve access compliance and control processes such as access certifications
Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures intended to ensure the integrity and safety of information
Builds tools and processes to protect organizational data, enabling the business to move quickly while following security standards
Maintain keen external focus on industry best practices and advanced technologies related to Information Security
Provide high reliability and availability of key systems through disciplined testing and change management
Utilize tools and techniques to assess the effectiveness of information security measures and identify potential exposures
Promotes the design and development of a more automated, self-service, and holistic Identity Management program to achieve best in class security and governance
Works with a team of offshore resources for day to day support of security monitoring and system administration

Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Security, Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology
3+ years in IT with experience in a security function or relevant experience
Preferred experience with identity management solutions such as SailPoint, Okta or Microsoft
Preferred experience with privileged access solutions such as Thycotic, CyberArk or BeyondTrust
PowerShell project experiences
Experience with SQL Server and Oracle database querying, table structures, and managed jobs
Basic knowledge of information security, security engineering, or security architecture
Experience using a disciplined testing and implementation methodology
Strong analytical skills
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical information to audiences of various technical levels verbally and through written or graphical presentation
Ability to define project plans and lead projects across various teams
Ability to travel up to 10%
Ability to add to a fun, agile and fast paced business environment
