ManTech is seeking an experienced and growth-oriented director to support the strategy development and integration of cybersecurity capabilities for our federal civilian customers. This position will serve as the lead for cyber capabilities evaluation, roadmap development, and solution delivery and integration for multiple cybersecurity capabilities across federal civilian agencies. The director will also oversee critical aspects of cyber system integration activities for key ManTech federal civilian programs, including continuous monitoring, Security Operations Center (SOC), and cyber incident response activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the cyber capabilities roadmap and integration strategy for multiple large-scale ManTech Homeland Security and Federal Civilian programs, including Enterprise IT programs, DevSecOps programs, and continuous monitoring programs.
  • Champion innovation and change in cybersecurity capabilities and related risk management activities with stakeholder agencies and customers.
  • Create and implement professional development strategies for ManTech’s federal civilian cyber workforce to deliver technology, cyber-related services and implementation of new or enhanced continuous monitoring tools and capabilities.
  • Improve ManTech’s visibility as an industry-recognized cybersecurity leader within our key/target vertical markets. Speak at conferences and events, participate in video interviews, and participate in the development of ManTech’s Cyber Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Support key ManTech capture and new business development activities for cybersecurity solutions, and for the cybersecurity strategy of other enterprise-IT and software/system development and integration capture efforts.
  • Actively drive engagement for ManTech’s cyber professionals within our Communities of Practice, and within key segments of ManTech’s Cyber GTM strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing large, complex government cybersecurity programs.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, managed services, and/or cloud services.
  • Management experience providing technical advice and organizing, planning, directing, and managing large team.
  • Extensive experience in risk management, issue identification and resolution/problem-solving.
  • 15+ years of IT-related experience managing large, complex implementation/enterprise security/system integration requirements with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems/Solution Architect.
  • Strong customer service experience dealing with diverse customer set.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with ability to successfully navigate dynamics (e.g., politics, culture, etc.) of federal government-related work.
  • Active/Current ISC2 CISSP Certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing Security Operations Centers (SOC) and providing related services.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance desired.
  • BS/MS in an IT or Cybersecurity-related field.
