What Can You Expect from Your Internship?
Your internship will be an 11-week immersion into Conagra Brands and our Customer Leadership Organization (CLO). As a sales intern you will be assigned a challenging business project. The project will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams including but not limited to Business Development, Business Planning, Category Leadership, Shopper Marketing and Field Sales to learn more about our business. You will have the opportunity to present an executive summary of your project to the sales leadership team at the end of the program.
To enhance your overall understanding of our company, we will provide opportunities to network with peers and leaders to gain an appreciation for the breadth of career paths available at Conagra Brands.
Location: Chicago, IL
Interns will work 40 hours per week

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance (or related field)
Anticipated graduation date in May 2021
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Must be willing to relocate to Chicago for the summer – housing will be paid by Conagra
Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, are essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and analyzed from various sources
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
General understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes
Ability to work within a matrix organization and across cross-functional departments
Ability to prioritize work initiatives, collaborate, demonstrate leadership and drive for results
