The Real Property Administrator provides direct and indirect administrative and technical supervision for a workforce of approximately 20-100 employees with the responsibility for oversight which includes; Monitoring, coordinating, and reporting the integration of supply, maintenance, equipment, facilities, training, fielding, and other related logistical functions.
(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.)
Review, monitor, and evaluate maintenance and supply policies, regulations, procedures, directives, and manuals as they relate to services/programs provided by Director of Logistic (DOL).
Develop repair plans including estimates for man-hours and repair parts cost.
Ensure that periodic reports are provided to the Maintenance Manager for scheduled maintenance inspections and briefing.
Coordinate work to improve asset availability and reliability through optimization of preventative and predictive maintenance, and efficient execution of corrective maintenance.
Provide guidance and oversight in: Customer Property, Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), property disposal, maintenance management, Test Measuring Diagnostic Equipment Program (TMDE), Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP), Warranty Program and interrelated areas of local procurement.
Ensure all elements and standards of the Quality Management System (QMS) are adhered to.
Review and monitor timekeeping records.
Review, enforce and recommend changes to all shop safety programs, to include but not limited to, fire prevention, hearing conservation, personal protective equipment, HAZCOM, HAZMAT and drivers training.
Assists Operations Deputy Manager (Maintenance) in providing oversight and initiating and conducting training and supervising within respective area of responsibility to meet the contract objectives.
Review Safety of Use Message to ensure information is disseminated and corrective actions are taken and documented.
Manages daily activities of the employees to ensure effective efficiencies in compliance with corporate, contractual and legal requirements.
Determines standardized procedures and work schedules to improve efficiency of subordinates.
Perform other qualified duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
CMF 63 and 92 Mechanical Maintenance MOS and Automated Logistical Specialist MOS.
Ability to apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that frequently cannot be resolved by referencing customer publications.
Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with employees and customers.
Strong organizational ability in order to set priorities, organizes workload, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Must obtain Public Trust Position Clearance.
Must qualify for a government operator’s permit.
Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.
Experience & Education
Minimum 6 years of work experience with actual and recent experience with Automated Logistics and Maintenance Management.
3 years supervisory experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is desired.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment
The work conditions are normally those of a standard office environment where there is little physical discomfort.
When required to perform duties outside the office environment where inclement weather may subject individual to changes in temperature and weather.
May be exposed to areas where hazards noise, fumes, airborne particles, electrical shock hazards and moving mechanical parts.
