Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in New York, NY.

The Executive Assistant will work directly for the Senior Managing Director of AECOM Capital and support the NYC office of approximately 8 staff members.

This position is located in New York, NY.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with general office and team administration

  • Prepare or proof correspondence, forms, or documents

  • Schedule meetings/conference calls

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Process expense and time reports

  • Track stocks of office supplies and technology equipment and place orders when necessary.

  • Provide support for HR processes

Ability to handle confidential information is critical to this role

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma plus 6 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of Administrative experience in an office environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team player

  • Technologically savvy with ability to work with telepresence equipment

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and anticipate ongoing needs

  • Ability to effectively work independently without any supervision, take initiative and meet deadlines.

  • Preferences for:

  • Large company experience

Financial services industry experience
