Job Summary

AECOM is looking for a Mid-Level Program Analyst to provide contractor technical support services for the Enterprise Wide Contractor Support Services (EWCSS) contract. General duties include overall program coordination of Program Management, Financial Management, personnel management, and liaison with Program office managers. The candidate will work with the AECOM team supporting all PEOSUB Program Offices.

Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the design, acquisition, maintenance, and support of the World’s finest submarine force. It fosters accurate decision making via more and higher-fidelity information on the multifaceted challenges that arise through translating Washington directives into Fleet implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support to overall Technical Instruction (TI) and management of multiple Program Offices within the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Submarines (PEOSUB)

  • Support to individual Program Office Technical Instruction (TI) Task Managers and their staff

  • TI support to COR and Program Offices TI Managers and their designated COR Representative

  • Provide contract funding administration, tracking and reporting

  • Provide Monthly Self-Assessment Report (MSAR) development for review with Program Offices COR representative

  • Provide Monthly Obligations and Expenditures reporting

  • Generate, process and maintain program documentation such as TI’s, monthly and quarterly reports (technical), schedules, correspondence and/or related material

  • Coordinate the preparation, scheduling and execution of program meetings and correspondence

  • Generate and maintain master files/spreadsheets, databases and reports related to program history, execution and status for the life of the contract(s)

  • Assist TI/Program Managers in generation of all required contract documentation

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field desired.

  • Active SECRET security clearance required.

  • 6+ years’ DOD/Navy acquisition and/or In-Service experience.

  • 6+ years’ experience working with Navy programs.

  • 5+ years’ experience working with Navy contracting process and draft acquisition documentation.
