Job Summary

AECOM is looking for an experienced Sr. Web Application Developer to support NAVAIR efforts in Point Mugu, CA .

This is a contingent position.

The project portfolio includes legacy applications written in classic ASP and new development applications written in .NET that are database driven and support a variety of business and avionics testing functions. Future projects will involve the re-write of legacy applications using new Microsoft technologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience/certifications).

  • 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with web development using the Microsoft .NET Framework with MVC, C#, and Entity Framework.

  • Strong command of SQL, including design of database tables, development of stored procedures and advanced queries.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities.

  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Must have an active SECRET Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

  • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, Automated Testing, JSON/XML, JavaScript/JQuery, Telerik, Angular, Git, IIS, SSRS, SSIS and ASP
